Our Board
Meet the McLeod For Tomorrow Board of Directors! We are proud to have board members from several different cities and industries in McLeod County. Joining the board of McLeod For Tomorrow is a meaningful way to serve your community and McLeod County. We currently have board openings, and would love to have new local leaders join our team! The time commitment for a McLeod For Tomorrow Board Member is about 5-8 hours per month (monthly full board meetings, periodic committee meetings, individual tasks)

She lives in Brownton and is very active in the town’s community. Andrea has been a part of the MFT board since the Spring of 2023 and values the mission of McLeod For Tomorrow.

Kari lives in Glencoe with her husband and two kiddos. She loves working for MidCountry Bank as a business cash management specialist. Her favorite season is summer, which she enjoys by spending time at the pool, lake, and on her family’s double-decker pontoon. Yes, you read that right, double-decker! Life is good!

Lisa attended the McLeod For Tomorrow Leadership Program in 2021-2022. She was especially impressed with all the businesses and services we have in McLeod County. The program was a great learning experience.
Lisa graduated from Brownton High School and from Ridgewater College in Hutchinson. She currently resides in Glencoe with her husband and 2 children (and a dog, that one of the children thought was a good idea to bring home after returning from college). Her hobbies include
walking, reading and traveling.



The value of the leadership program for individual growth, business and community awareness prompted her to seek joining the McLeod For Tomorrow board in 2025. Natasha enjoys supporting ALL things related to her nieces and nephews along with spending time traveling with her husband.

Elizabeth Anderson is a healthcare leader with more than 15 years of experience supporting patients, families, and care teams across a variety of clinical settings. She currently serves as Clinic Manager at Hutchinson Health, where she oversees primary care, urgent care, specialty outreach, and care coordination services for a rural community. Elizabeth is known for building strong teams, improving patient experience, and leading initiatives that strengthen both quality of care and operational performance.
Her background spans direct patient care, clinical leadership, and healthcare administration, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing local healthcare systems. She is especially passionate about collaboration, community partnerships, and creating systems that help people thrive.
Elizabeth is honored to serve on the McLeod for Tomorrow Board of Directors and is excited to support initiatives that invest in the future of the community.
Outside of work, Elizabeth is married and the proud mom of a daughter and a son. She and her family enjoy fishing, exploring new parks, spending time with friends and relatives, and making memories.
